Luke joined TSA Group in 2005, and took over the leadership of the company in 2013. He has overseen the successful expansion of TSA’s business and call centres internationally, and has been instrumental in driving the company’s focus on customer experience. Luke is an experienced management professional with over 25 years within the sales, customer service and marketing sectors. He is passionate about TSA’s people, is a regular at company events, and leads an executive management team that is highly engaged in the business.
Jason’s key accountabilities include the management of the financials, management accounts, compliance and statutory requirements and corporate governance requirements for TSA. As part of Jason’s role he is also responsible for TSA’s IT and HR departments, as well as overseeing all legal and commercial aspects of the TSA Group.
Steve joined TSA in 2006 before moving into the General Manager role in 2013. He brings with him 16 years delivery experience in the BPO industry, working with premium brands across multiple business sectors and geographies. Steve is responsible for developing and delivering the TSA business strategy while overseeing all client operations across TSA’s Australian and the Philippines call centres, ensuring we exceed expectations across all customer, sales and service metrics. He has achieved this by building a talented and experienced management team who are passionate about our clients’ goals, enabling us to deliver industry leading performance.
Peter has 36 years experience across a broad range of IT disciplines. Peter is a strong and capable leader, effective manager and team player with the necessary skills to direct, train and motivate staff to their full potential. He has a proven ability to lead major initiatives and drive large change programs ensuring organizational goals and financial objectives are achieved.
Zahra manages the corporate Human Resources function across Australia and the Philippines, with particular experience in dispute resolution and industrial relations. She has honed her specialised industry knowledge serving over 14 years at TSA. She is also responsible for Corporate Affairs, including governance and risk management strategy and frameworks, corporate communications and stakeholder management and regulator engagement and strategy.
Blaine’s background is in sales and marketing with a focus on establishing and maintaining relationships with new clients. After specialising in telecommunications sales, Blaine moved into business development with TSA Group building relationships with some of Australia’s best known brands for BPO and call centre services. Blaine is passionate about helping his clients achieve their business objectives when using an outsourced partner.
Daniel manages Telstra sales and service to sales account involving both inbound and outbound call traffic across Australia and the Philippines. His channel specialises in voice contact work with both new and existing customer bases. His experience spans recruitment, capacity and workforce management, centre management and now managing multiple call centres across Australia and the Philippines.
