TSA Group headquarters in Perth, Western Australia, achieves 5.5 out of 6 stars in National NABERS (Australian Built Environment Rating System) sustainability rating.

Our facilities team have been hard at work all year round, investigating on our energy consumption levels and brought our ratings from 4.5 in 2020 to an outstanding 5.5 in 2021.

By implementing a smart metering system that provides better visibility and effective testing, we were able to identify opportunities for change, such as revising lighting and air-conditioning schedules or investing in more energy efficient technology. Those improvements contributed to a reduction of our total energy intensity (MJ/m2) by 21%!

“This is a culmination of all efforts TSA have been undertaking, acting on the advice being provided and making incremental changes to the energy management of the tenancy”  says Alex Sejournee, accredited NABERS assessor and lead consultant at HFM.

We are extremely proud of the team for achieving this amazing result but our journey continues as we strive to be even better next year.
