ISG Provider Lens has launched their 2021 global summary report on companies in the Contact Center – Customer Experience Services industry and TSA Group has been recognised as one of the leaders.

The report assessed a total of 149 providers across five regions and focused on the Digital Workplace of the Future with leaders showing strength on moving to cloud, adoption of analytics, empowering contact centers by introducing advanced service methods and ensuring data and security of customers.
