Brent Walker named finalist in CSIA 2020 Australian Service Excellence Awards

TSA Group would like to extend a big congratulations to Brent Walker. Brent is the well-deserving finalist of CSIA Customer Service Institute of Australia’s 2020 Australian Service Excellence Awards and is in the running for the Customer Service Manager of the Year Award.

Celebrations were a little different in the office, Nicolas Katsouras and Ariel Bedewi-Hayes had to maintain 1.5 metres distance despite high-fives being the preferred method of congratulating Brent!
