Working with a leading educational services client, we developed an end-to-end work from home contact centre model, including a sector-leading cloud contact centre solution and remote agent support model.
Working with a sector leading utility client, we built an automated, simplified terms and conditions solution that meant customers spent less time listening to lengthy scripts, better understood critical information, and required less human agent support.
Working with a national retail group, we designed, built and implemented a new inbound assisted sales channel that provided customers with a new way to interact with highly trained sales agents to get expert advice and complete their sale.
