For Kerrie, a Customer Relations Officer in the healthcare sector, it’s all about impact. “It’s a wonderful experience to talk to all kinds of people and feel like you’re helping them with their health. For me, it’s not just about booking appointments, it’s about listening to their (the customer’s) concerns, discussing options and knowing you’re making a positive impact on their health and wellbeing.”
The Drive of Automotive
Nicole from our Automotive team shares, “I love working in the automotive industry. Being able to assist our customers in finding the best tyres, and value and knowing that I am accommodating and meeting all their safety needs is honestly such a great achievement. It does also help when you have great leaders who make this possible and a great bunch of teammates to do this with!”
The Dynamics of Telco
In our Telecommunications team, Samuel enjoys the diversity of his work. “My favourite thing is the various telecommunication technologies I get to work on. Connecting with customers, talking about their service issues and how we can fix them. That follow-up call to let the customer know how it’s been resolved is so rewarding.”

Working with energy sector clients has its unique perks. “I have the opportunity to have a real, tangible effect on people’s lives. No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted. Being given the opportunity to be kind and helping makes this job a breath of fresh air and helps separate it from just another customer service role,” remarks Joshua, Customer Experience and Sales Agent.

For Janine, a HR Coordinator, this is invaluable. “I get to work with people across various roles and different industries.
