With Helmi Mandagie
Q: What made you stay at TSA for the last 16 years?
Helmi: As a full–time employee and a mother, finding the balance between those two can be challenging. The company has been supportive since the beginning, (especially) in terms of work flexibility. I’ve been doing hybrid work even since before the pandemic happened.
Q: What is one piece of advice you would give to your younger self?
Helmi: I would tell my younger self, just keep learning and do not be afraid to make mistakes.
Helmi Mandagie is an IT specialist, Senior Dialer Administrator with TSA Group. Being with TSA for the last 16 years and growing alongside the company, she’s a big inspiration to all.
The mistakes she’s made earlier in her career have helped her to become more caring and grateful to those around her. She understands that everyone faces challenges from time to time and with a supportive environment, we will learn from our mistakes and keep moving forward in our journey.
