TSA Group is thrilled to be nominated for two awards.
Our knowledge management team, led by Samantha Duffy – TSA’s Group Manager of Training, is up for the Knowledge Management Results Award for the second time. Recognising our success in driving key business outcomes through the implementation of the knowledge management system for a Tourism brand. Since its introduction, we’ve seen significant improvements in customer conversion rates, quality score and operational efficiency.
Additionally, our Business Process and Knowledge Manager, Mary Grace DeMesa, has been nominated for the livepro Ambassador Award, celebrating her leadership in championing development and maintenance of nine distinct knowledge management systems, each tailored to meet the unique needs of TSA Group’s diverse programs.
We are incredibly proud of the team and their achievements, and we look forward to the award ceremony in October!
