Q: What do you like best about what you do today?
Jess: Recruitment is such a rewarding area of the business. Being able to offer somebody a job that’s possibly going to change their life, is such an exciting thing to do. And to know that myself and my team do that on a daily basis, is such a privilege.
Q: What is one piece of advice you would give to your younger self?
Jess: Trust your gut, stand up for what you believe in and what you know is right, so that you voice is heard.
