TSA Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Zahra Peggs as Chief Operating Officer.
Zahra is TSA Group’s longest-serving employee, having joined the business in 2003. Over her 22 years with TSA Group she has held a wide range of leadership roles, most recently serving as Chief People & Corporate Affairs Officer. Her career has spanned almost every part of the business, giving her a unique depth of insight into TSA’s operations and culture.
In 2020, Zahra received the Australian HR Director of the Year Excellence Award, recognising her leadership in people and culture. She is respected for her commercial acumen, her commitment to building inclusive, high-performing teams, and her ability to deliver on strategic priorities. Zahra also contributes her expertise beyond TSA Group, serving as a board member of ARTRAGE and as a member of Edith Cowan University’s School of Business and Law Management Consultative Committee.
