Our latest Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) results reflect this commitment, but numbers only tell part of the story. The real impact is seen in the everyday experiences of our people and the policies we’ve put in place to support them.

Supporting women through every stage

From career progression to personal challenges, we recognise that real equity means ensuring support at every step.

  • Recognising the realities of parenthood: Balancing work and family is different for everyone, and we understand that major life transitions require understanding and flexibility. 
  • Support for early pregnancy loss: The impact of pregnancy loss is often overlooked in workplace policies. TSA Group provides leave for early pregnancy loss, recognising the emotional and physical toll it can take and ensuring that employees have the time they need to recover. 
  • Domestic and family violence leave: No one should have to choose between their safety and their job. TSA Group offers dedicated leave to employees experiencing domestic or family violence, ensuring they have the time and support they need. 
  • Leadership pathways: We don’t just encourage women to step into leadership; we create real opportunities. Many of our female leaders started their careers in frontline roles and grew into management positions with the backing of strong mentorship and internal mobility opportunities.
