Del joined TSA Group more than two years ago as Group Manager of People, bringing deep experience in organisational design, cultural transformation and leadership capability development, alongside a strong focus on meaningful employee experiences.
Stepping into her Executive role, what excites Del most isn’t the title or the change in scope. It’s the opportunity to keep learning and continue shaping how our people experience work across the business.
